Bits of the Panama Shipwreck's cargo sunk in 1906. Coal destined to keep the people of Duluth warm through the cold harsh winter that never made it there But ended up on the bottom of Lake Superior near Ontonagon Polished to a rounded, softened glow it washes up As a timeless treasure Sizes and shapes may vary slightly. Each piece has a copy of the the Ontonagon newspaper article about the shipwreck included. Because of over 100 years of polishing in the Lake there is never any discoloration on skin or clothes. |
